Rob Pritchard, Esq., JD, CPA, CGMA

Robert Pritchard, the President of Pritchard Law Offices, specializes in business consulting in the construction, manufacturing, and health industries, providing expert advice primarily to business owners and selective management.

Rob is both a licensed certified public accountant in Pennsylvania and South Carolina, and a Licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Rob has extensive experience with business and individual law. In addition, Rob has participated in large distribution merger and acquisition transactions and in the development of numerous business plans and projections for businesses.

Prior to joining our firm, Rob practiced bankruptcy, corporate, and nonprofit law. Rob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He volunteers on the Board of Directors of Grandview Hospital in Sellersville, Pennsylvania.

Karen M. McWilliams, Esq.

Karen provides legal and business consulting advice to businesses, executives and owners in a variety of industries in connection with general corporate and transactional matters.

Her practice includes general corporate law, contracting and corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, business planning, including organizing and structuring corporations and other entities, corporate restructurings, business succession planning, real estate, borrower-side financing and preparation and implementation of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.

Karen also represents neglected or abused children as a volunteer child advocate with the Support Center for Child Advocates in Philadelphia. Before joining Pritchard Law, Karen was corporate attorney at a Mid-Atlantic area law firm. Prior to practicing law, Karen worked for ten years in the Corporate Finance Department at the Vanguard Group, Inc.

Sophia M. Chereisky, Esq.

Sophia’s practice focuses on providing diligent consulting and legal services to closely held / mid-size businesses on a wide range of business law matters. This includes counseling clients in connection with business formations, internal corporate documentation and management, contract drafting and review, reorganization and acquisition transactions, financing, real estate, and long-term business planning. Sophia’s goal is to help business owners navigate the legal challenges that can arise on a daily basis, so they can focus on what matters most – achieving their goals and growing their business.

Beyond serving business needs, Sophia works with individuals and families to develop and implement sophisticated estate plans customized for each client’s unique needs and wishes.

Prior to joining Pritchard Law Offices, Sophia grew up working for her family-owned business in Bucks County, PA. After attending law school, she spent over 4 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she provided international tax consulting services to large multinational companies. Sophia’s range of experience from small business ownership to consulting for large companies with a global presence provides her with exceptional insight into what business owners need in an advisor and allows her to bring a unique perspective to her clients.

Alex J. Phinn III, Esq., MBA

Alex specializes in delivering meticulous consulting and legal services tailored to the needs of closely held and mid-size businesses. Alex’s dual educational background in business and law uniquely positions him to effectively navigate clients through business formations and dissolutions, internal corporate documentation, contract drafting and review, reorganization and acquisition transactions, financing, real estate, and long-term business planning. Alex also specializes in navigating the Corporate Transparency Act, providing businesses with the necessary guidance to comply with transparency requirements and regulatory standards. With a client-centric approach, Alex aims to empower business owners to address daily legal challenges effectively, allowing them to concentrate on achieving their goals and fostering sustained business growth.

Prior to joining the firm, Alex clerked for the Honorable Stephen A. Corr at the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.
